I currently have a NVIDIA Quadro FX 570 video card that is working slowly. There are times it will not register hits when I go to make autofeatures, and my company has agreed to buy a new card. We run parts with very large CAD models on welded steel parts. I want to stay with a NVIDIA but also want to be able to operate smoothly. Any suggestions?
FX1300 offline and that handles cad files up to 98,000KB with no problems.
The cmm i use for development has an FX570 that handles the same cad files.
The fX570 is a newer version and should handle anything that fits on a cmm.
Check your drivers and settings as they can slow you down more than anything else.
If you use the quadro driver 186.18 and keep your settings at performance and not quality your speed should be ok.
