Hi, maybe this isn't topic for this section but... in my company we are using marposs or mahhr gauges for measuring diametars in production,but i m wondering is out there some good company with cheaper stuff for digital diametar measurements?
Anyone has some on his mind? Thanks in advance for every good advice!
We used Mitutoyo Dial bore gauges and calibrated standards to set them.On another note, one that will provoke argument and name calling,I have a manual CMM that I calibrate my tip using a ring gauge (verified by an accredited outside source).I will edit the tip diameter until the CMM reads the size of the ring gauge.I can take any subsequent ring gauge and will have a result within .0001" of that size.Just another way to verify inside diameters.
