Beach Mold & Tool is currently seeking a CMM Programmer for First Shift.
Responsibilities will include:
Writing CMM programs for First Article Inspections using an Offline seat of PC-DMIS CAD++.
Perform first article inspections using calipers, mics, gage pins, VCMM, optical comparator, CMM, and other metrology tools as necessary.
Interpret complex customer blueprints using GD&T.
Using MS office tools; create inspection reports with provided templates and create CMM instructions and point maps as necessary.
