Once again I have to say my favorite Mexican food is Carnitas and Chili Verde with corn tortillas. That Peruvian food I had in Southern California this summer was amazing too. It was some kind of empanadas but I really don't know for sure because my friend was translating everything for me. I just know he ordered a bunch of stuff and I just kept eating until I was sick.......then I took some to go and had a midnight snack!!
