Venison roast, tightly wrapped with thick (re SLAB) bacon, cooked slow over an open fire of apple wood. Add in taters (wrapped in foil w/ onions and a littel butter, thrown on the coals of the fire) and some frosty cold beer (and I mean frosty, pop it open and a few ice crystals form from the reduced pressure)..... maybe a little sour cream for the taters.....
