There is a lot of southern food that I like, TEXAS Chili among them, and some that I don't like, like grits. I like a good hearty gumbo as well. Not so thrilled on 'blackened' anything, spicy is fine, just not burn-your-fillings-out-hot, but not blackened, not a big fan of char flavour.
