True. We have a few people here that cant even show up to begin with. There is one guy in my qc department that at one point in a 3 month period missed an entire month worth of days. He is still here..,..
We have one of those here too. He's been here for 3 months and has missed a cumulative 4 weeks of work.
LIL SQUATCH knows about this cause he has to pick up the slack when said other guy calls in.
