We have one of those here too. He's been here for 3 months and has missed a cumulative 4 weeks of work. LIL SQUATCH knows about this cause he has to pick up the slack when said other guy calls in.
I also agree here too. If there is a legit good reason, I don't have a problem with it. The problem comes when you want to verify it. Kinda telling when your grandma dies for the 5th time...
Yeah... this kid is something else. he has not worked a full week since he has been here. And the worst part of picking up his slack is that he changed all of my programs and now its like trying to decipher the Da Vinci code to run it.
