PCD-89260 - Fixed an issue where someone could install PC-DMIS without a HASP key or LMS license.
Whew!! Glad somebody caught this 'enhancement'.
Also good to know sloppy coding gets tracked down eventually.
(think this one has happened before)
Perhaps there is a rabid 'discount' mole within the Hexagon organization
