Beach Mold & Tool is currently seeking a CMM Programmer / Operator
CMM Operator Responsibilities
Operate CMM using PCDMIS Version 2014
Perform first article inspections using calipers, mics, gage pins, VCMM, optical comparator, CMM, and other metrology tools as necessary.
Using MS office tools; create inspection reports with provided templates and create CMM instructions and point maps as necessary.
CMM Programmer Responsibilities will include
Operate and program CMM using PCDMIS Version 2014
Perform first article inspections using calipers, mics, gage pins, VCMM, optical comparator, CMM, and other metrology tools as necessary.
Interpret complex customer blueprints using GD&T.
Using MS office tools; create inspection reports with provided templates and create CMM instructions and point maps as necessary.
The ability to write CMM programs for First Article Inspections and Capability Studies using an Offline seat of PC-DMIS CAD++ would be very beneficial.
