I was wanting to know if there was a kit or what we need to buy to do are cleanliness specs inhouse. We spend a lot of money every week to get are parts check if someone has done it in house please reply thanks.
Millipore is a common company that offers equipment for cleanliness, or sediment, testing along agricultural, automotive, and many others. You're basically looking at needing an oven to dry test patches, a gram/microgram scale, microscope, and various beakers, and cleaning (citrikleen) equipement to conduct testing with. If you have a contact/engineer you work with at Deere ask them about their setup, otherwise PM me and I can give you some ideas. I worked with Deere in the past, and currently work with Automotive and have done cleanliness testing for both.
