CMM Programmer/Operator
American Metals Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled individual to join the quality team as a CMM Programmer.
The ideal candidate is someone with the following requirements:
• Proficient in programming — PC-DMIS
• Proficient in operating PC-DMIS
• Skilled in GD&T
• Skilled in PPAP Documentation
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced automotive supplier field.
• The CMM Programmer interacts with Suppliers, Supervisors, Managers and operators in regards to product acceptability.
• Excellent communication is required, both written and spoken, along with mechanical aptitude, a working knowledge of measurement instruments, basic math and Trigonometry skills, and general proficiency with MS Excel, Access, and Word.
Current machines are three Brown and Sharp 9.15.9 Xcel's with PH10MQ's/TP20's and auto change racks and a Global 9.12.8 performance with PH10MQ and SP25 1-3 and auto change rack. Running PC-DMIS 2013 sp 5 on all four machines, along with Datapage 2011.
