  • No, management FINALLY! decided to let me spend 75% of my time on programming (vs about 20-30% before). Might have been due to people that did contact them weren't interested in low (my 26 year kuality edumucated opinion) salary....

Anyway - good deal for me and we pulled an operator off the floor to train as a quality technician so not a bad deal for a production person as well (at least a step up for them in pay / benefits/ etc.)

    Also Customs wouldn't let through!

I work for a family owned (minority from India) LLC. In the last 10 years they've purchased or started four other companies (foundry in Ohio, purchasing/re-sale company (worldwide - in house here in Sturtevant), and manufacturing facility in India). They've been good to me for the years I've been here, so I try not to complain to much. We just attainted our Q1 from Ford and are getting set to double our sales over the next three years with known projects we have signed contracts for so things are looking up.
