The position is 2nd shift, although the possibility of a split shift, like 9-5ish, is being discussed.
We have 2 CMMs with PC-DMIS and a Romer arm with PolyWorks. PC-DMIS programming experience is a requirement, PolyWorks experience is a plus. The usual quality/GDT/blueprint reading/yada-yada is required.
We are automotive. Stamping primarily, with some weld assembly. Mostly ASME, with a smattering of ISO stuff.
Yeah, unfortunately that's true. I/we really don't have the time/patience to start someone from scratch though. If we were a lot slower, that wouldn't be so bad.
