PC-DMIS to CALYPSO

I just got a job offer for a company that is using PC-DMIS now but is switching over to ZEISS CYLYPSO. It sounds like they are prepared to spend some money on training and I was hoping to hear from anyone who has done this.
Is there a big learning curve?
Is CYLYPSO a big difference?
What were the biggest hurdles you encountered?
Is one software easier to learn the other?
Any thoughts and information is appreciated.

    I would suggest a trip over to www. cmm guys .com (no spaces) if you want to learn more about softwares other than PC-DMIS.

    I will check that out. I have watched a bunch of their videos but none on ZEISS
