Good Morning. Just informed we will be getting a mitutoyo cmm. Can Pc-Dmis be installed on this machine or is it still Geo Measure. Been 5 years since I used one and it was an old machine then.
So... im doing some research into this as well at the moment.,... My company just updated to 2017 R1 from 2013 MR1..... and I had basically the same questions. So...understanding this correctly....all the programs from 2013 should run fine on 2017 with occasional hiccups..? No file data transfers are required? And is there anything needed to be done relating 2013 to 2017? Ive noticed when I open a new program from 2013 into 2017 it will ask me to transfer the probe file data to 2017 ...and I click YES. So it looks as if it will do this as I go? correct? as far as the probe file data? And is there any other things I need to do?
