As mentioned, daemons/AV that look inside a zip'd file will reject-o most every time. So I, like PacMan says, just change the file extension before zipping.
I prefer changing the PRG to PDF 'cause hey! who doesn't trust Adobe?
Just let the recipient know to change it back once received. Never had a problem with the associated CAD extension.
File size could be an issue. I always ask what the company max policy is before sending.
