We played forever... THat group of fiends still do but they dont live close enough for me to participate. This group has gone to GEN CON for over 20 years now. 1 year some of them played an event that GARY Gygax himself ran. They all said hands down that it was the biggest letdown of their lives...... They laugh about it still today.
I prefer 3.5 myself!
I'm almost in the same boat; I started with a group of people who have been gaming for 20-40 years depending! I'm green compared to them, let me tell you.
One of the guys there also played with Gygax and said something similar; lol!
I respect the heII out of the guy for making the game though.
It's a lot better than sitting in front of this fµcking screen all day!
