Reporting time

Management wants to create a load board for our quality department, so that they can see what we spend our time on and if we are worth keeping around. Lol so do you guys have to do something like this? If so how do you go about reporting? They have been trying to estimate how long it will take to create a program and measure parts based on size

    #1 sign of poor judgment of the employer on the employees you choose to hire. No trust.
    #2 sign of a lazy a_s_s employer. Want to know what your employees are doing. Get off your dead a_s_s and find out.
    #3 sign of poor management. If your so un organized, you need more than one meeting per week, and/or you have more meeting hours than you have work hours.
    #4 (an added thought) You want your employees to record time. Be a good example and you do the same and post it up everyday for everyone to see of your daily log.
    Maybe if your company starts wanting to cut corners, a good place to start is the front office who actually came up with these hairball ideas
