Circle interpolated vs. plunging

Do you think that plunging an endmil vs. circle interpolation, accuracy wise? For location will one method yeild another?

i would think that plunging will yield the interpolation method

Are you talking location or size, or both?
Circular interpolating can introduce error by deflection and the accuracy of the CNC machine. When you say plunging, are you talking about creating a hole the size of the endmill?

This is not the case, its a 5 axis new Okuma
