Tempe, AZ high-level CMM programmer position

Hello all, my company is hiring a peer. The position has been open for over 6 months. They can't seem to find anyone.
Fundamentally, we need someone with PC-DMIS, OGP (Measurmind), Calypso, and/or Micro-Vu (Nexiv) programming skills.
I'd like to refer someone, so I can earn the $$$$ bird-dog.
Private message me for more info, if you are seriously considering a jump, and I'll push you the posting via a referral.

This place has amazing benefits ($500 deductible health ins through Aetna, 401k Match, 10k annual tuition reimbursement, 2-3 weeks paid vacation, 1 week sick, paternity leave, normal salaried role, great work/life balance).
Pay is ok (expect 50-70k non-degreed, 60-90k degreed).
We are a large organization, make medical products, and are growing fast.

  • San Diego? Lived there in the mid-80s, I'm told I wouldn't recognize it now. Was in University Heights, Encanto, and Chula Vista....

I am new here I came from Downey CA. (Los Angeles County). Miles better here in comparison. Locals say it has definitely changed. It's still a beautiful city, nice residents too. Though like every other 'big' city it has room for improvements and not to mention California is bleeding it's middle class at an alarming rate. Might see many qualified applicants heading towards AZ.
