-32 this morning on the mercury. 1/2 between Minneapolis and Fargo. Real "northerners" don't count windchill, thats only on the news. Next thing you know they will invent something that adds the humidity effect on the temp.... I watched a newscast that recommended to limit kids outdoor exposure, this was from SE somewhere where the low was going to be in the 40°'s. ( above 0 mind you ). My dogs were actually voluntarily outside in their kennels and not in the garage in their dog houses this morning. If you have never experienced this type of thing words cannot really explain.... It BS, don't get me wrong.
