I see that same icon for the folder on the Global where the Pcdmis programs are stored. BUT, I have full access to it from that computer as well as the computer on the Validator. Win7 (global) and XP (Validator). BUT, I am THE admin on both computers. I have no idea why it has a 'lock' icon on it.
