It is off an ISO print our sales team is currently quoting, however they don't know what it means. Neither does engineering...so it's up to the CMM guy to figure it out.
If it's a Cylinder, some companies require you to cut it a certain way Maybe? Outside Eccentric Ground. I don't see the print, you mention circularity, maybe it's not supposed to be circular. maybe elliptical is acceptable
But of course my first thought was Over Engineered Geometry
