I have another profile....DAN_M...which is accociated with an email address at my old employer (and I no longer have access to it). How can I/is it possible to recover that account?
im confused. cant you just log in to your old account with your username and password and just update your email? what am i missing?
nope. you can click "forgot password" and that will allow you to get re-setting instructions sent to the email associated with that account. my problem is since i am at a new company, i no longer have access to that email.
