Can somebody elaborate on this image? If I am not mistaken, they want a 2.5 microinch surface finish, direction doesn't matter, and they want the finish using a .030 cutoff.
Is this a length cutoff or is this a filter cutoff? I am seeing some oscillation in my roughness waveform. The part is a ball, as the probe falls off the center of the ball, the oscillations become more severe. If I change Ra filter cutoff to .003, the waveform looks like a traditional roughness waveform and the part passes.
So Let me see if I got this right
bfire85 You want your safeties and linebackers to merge on the receiver here, While you apply an outside corner blitz?
I've seen some images along that line, but the way it was drawn on my print is such a simplified version that I don't know what exactly the .030 represents.
