Music at work

Are you allowed to listen to music at work?

Radio, headphones, company sound system?

What do you listen to?

For me its headphones unless I like what is playing in the shop (we have speakers in FAI connected to the shop speakers with our own volume control. I like hard rock/metal (Disturbed, Korn, Volbeat, Slipknot, ect...)

In the CMM lab I have speakers and will play more uptempo music metal or rap(lyricists not garbage gangsta) but at my desk if im programming offline i have headphones and will go more chill stuff like lofi hip hop. But either way i find a live stream on youtube to keep the ads away since i cant get a blocker on these computers.
