I worked the show at the KURT booth ( in 1996 ?? and only time I have been there ). I remember talking to someone who had been part of the show for years and he said at that time they started getting stuff setup in late July ?? Maybe due to the enormous amount of prep time the show takes I'm sure it didn't help.
