i have a Sheffield Discovery, MCR20 stylus tree. When it picks up certain tips, the slot stays open. It just started doing it recently and I don't know why. It only does it on tips 8 and 9. I haven't changed anything. Any thoughts?
Those lids look really far back. When they are pushed that far back, they do latch open by design. The diameter of a TP20 shouldn't push them that far back. Are you using a TP20 or an SP25M with a TM25 adapter?
SP25M with a TM25. The rest of the lids weren't staying open though-it was just 8 and 9 as shown in the picture. after i cleaned them they close well
