Look at my avatar, that is my happy place. 200 wheel horsepower on a 380 lbs bike calms me down. The concentration required and the violent nature of that bike centers and calms me. It is the only thing that has lately. I know it sounds strange but it works, it has always worked. I have been to the track twice since it happened and it has definitely helped.
