Machine shuts down after zero position

Somebody tell me,Please!, what the problem is ?
After switching on the machine goes to the zero position, after coming to zero, the motors are turned off. One day the machine works fine, the other day does not reset. Then it works OK for two days, it does not reset for two days. I contacted the service, but there is no answer.

  • What controller do you have ?
    Maybe you could check limits ?
    On an old controller, you can see under terminal by typing
    show m_swlim
    show m_hwlim
    show homspin

    those are minus limits hard and soft, and the speed during homing.
    I think you can find them also on new controllers, but I'm not sure the names are the same.
