A phonebook under the chair is as close to a raise as I'm getting this year lol
They've slashed some benefits on us (yearly raises frozen until further notice, 401K match is gone, tuition assistance is gone, bonus program is gone, health insurance is crappier, etc...). However, I am still employed and that is a blessing.
