So Friday I got an update about the Arm and Scanner, That I should be getting it early this week. So I text my Sales guy yesterday, "When you said early next week, did you mean later this week" He responded "Just got bad news. All orders are backed up as we are awaiting on a shipment of scanners THAT SEEM TO BE LOST SOMEWHERE. I am being told orders are probably backed up until end of the month. Very sorry for the delay."
I responded "Really? This is not acceptable I hope you can throw in a computer with an offline seat or something" I still have not gotten any response. So disappointed in Hexagon. Their service is terrible, and where in the world did you misplace scanners? If these things are golden, you would think there would be a little better trace on them, and if there is an import export problem, how bout you send them to Mexico, there seems to be no problem with things coming across that border. Hexagon will probably be more on deleting this post then taking care of their customers. This is pi_ss poor.
