If you understand CMM inspection it is just a new software to learn. Unless they have the PCM option (good to ask) it is a very graphical programming experience. It seems easier to me, but mostly because what you are doing is hidden behind dialog windows. I personally prefer the customization and automation abilities of PC-DMIS. Calypso can be customized but it isn't as intuitive, and it can be automated but their automation package comes with a price.
