So I have a Engineer that gives me CAD model that have these odd planes and shells on them. They are not on the part or the drawing. PCD however sees them and will put points on them if not careful . Any idea what they are and how to get rid of them. I highlighted them in yellow.
They are probably construction planes that were left in the model. I saw that a lot with Boeing parts. Just create a new CAD level and put them there so you can turn them off.
View Setup (Red Yellow and Blue square icon) on the right you have the levels in the CAD model - I often find that these are the top or bottom item in the list - select and hit apply (or select all the others and hit apply to hide them I guess.
