rms Company is a state of the art facility that produces components for the medical device industry. We are looking for an advanced PC-DMIS programmer to join our programming group.
Responsibilities include:
Offline program CMMs using PC-DMIS Version 2020 mr2 cad++ to check complex medical parts.
Maintain revision controlled program database for 27 CMMs and thousands of programs.
Maintain 27 Global CMMs with a variety of articulating heads with scanning probes with multiple probe racks
Conduct gage R&R studies.
Assist with employee training.
Assist with designing CMM fixtures
Applicants must have an advanced understanding of PC-DMIS and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
