Hexagon Support?

Did they fire all the Hexagon Support? Used to take about an hour to update my SMA, Now It's been 7 days with no response.

  • I can't really complain, I have a direct number to a certain person at Hexagon, He_ll I don't even fill out a case file, he does it for me.Sunglasses

    When you've been doing this long enough, you just develop those relationships. I pretty much do the same. Every time I submit a ticket, it ends up getting routed to a certain individual anyway!

    Any vision issues goes straight to another individual across the pond.
