Hexagon Support?

Did they fire all the Hexagon Support? Used to take about an hour to update my SMA, Now It's been 7 days with no response.

they're understaffed and will handle things on their own time if you let them.

call 'em up, be respectful, see if you can get someone working on your case. "squeaky wheel" gets the grease

Chuck Norris put in a support request. Since nobody can refuse to help Chuck Norris yet nobody can tell Chuck Norris what to do, they all resigned and booked tickets with Elon Musk for a 1 way trip to Mars. So, you could blame Chuck Norris but, I wouldn't tempt fate like that.

I can't really complain, I have a direct number to a certain person at Hexagon, He_ll I don't even fill out a case file, he does it for me.

I don't remember exactly. Something like square slot on 2010 MR? wouldn't work correctly with any cad model I tried. Even Hex's plastic training block. I eventually updated to 2013 or something.

When you've been doing this long enough, you just develop those relationships. I pretty much do the same. Every time I submit a ticket, it ends up getting routed to a certain individual anyway!

Any vision issues goes straight to another individual across the pond.
