1 54 mg of Methylphenid (off brand Concerta) for ADHD in the morning and also anxiety pills 3 times daily. I have tried Adderall in the past but I prefer the extended release of the Concerta far more and the crash isn't nearly as mind numbing. I normally cut my Concerta in half and take one in the am and one after lunch. Had to start doing that because I noticed my blood pressure had gone pretty high but only on days that I had taken my full Concerta all at once.
