Coffee in the morning and melatonin many nights of the week. I do an allergy pill every night before bed in the fall/spring and I recently got in to multivitamins for vit-C and vit-D.
I am also about to start working out again. I am not super overweight but I do have 30-40lbs to lose.
I do suspect that I will eventually be on high blood pressure meds (because of family history) but I am trying to do everything I can health-wise to avoid that.
