Have had Type 2 diabetes for about 8 years and had a heart attack in 2019. In January of 2020 I did a vegan lifestyle change to help with the diabetes and to help keep my arteries clean. Lost about 80 lbs total in the process. Hoping to get off the Lipitor and MetFormin
