Hello all, I work for a small Aerospace company and we have been slower than the last couple of years. Management decided to forgo the yearly SMA agreement. My question is if we don't have this SMA, can I still get technical help from Hexagon? Or do they basically cut us off from support. Thanks

2) you can no longer update your software
3) IF you eventually want to get current with your SMA, they will charge you for the time you were down. (If its supposed to be $6k per year and you take a 3 year hiatus they're gonna want $18k from you when you come back)
