Hello all, I work for a small Aerospace company and we have been slower than the last couple of years. Management decided to forgo the yearly SMA agreement. My question is if we don't have this SMA, can I still get technical help from Hexagon? Or do they basically cut us off from support. Thanks
I have gone years before without an SMA and it was never a big deal for me. They do charge you a back fee for the years you didn't have it but from my experience they always heavily discount the cost or waive it all together. Obviously your shop should make the best choice for them but in my experience it didn't ruin my CMM experience.
