Hello all, I work for a small Aerospace company and we have been slower than the last couple of years. Management decided to forgo the yearly SMA agreement. My question is if we don't have this SMA, can I still get technical help from Hexagon? Or do they basically cut us off from support. Thanks
I have worked at some companies who do it and some who don't.
If you have strong programmer(s) (don't need to ask help desk questions) and you're fine running a certain version of PCD without needing to upgrade, why spend the money?
My current job does pay the SMA.. I personally like it because I like to have the latest & greatest software
