Hello all, I work for a small Aerospace company and we have been slower than the last couple of years. Management decided to forgo the yearly SMA agreement. My question is if we don't have this SMA, can I still get technical help from Hexagon? Or do they basically cut us off from support. Thanks
Thanks Guys. Do most companies just pay the SMA every year? We have Hexagon do a calibration yearly but that's it.
Last year we started doing the Hexagon MYCARE. It is the SMA + a yearly CMM validation. (they charge extra for adjustments I think).
It did end up being a decent bit cheaper than buying the SMA+Calibration a la carte for the year on both of the machines we have. (I think we saved like 15-20% of the normal cost)
