If I work Saturdays, I don't make any extra money...salary...

So I try and limit my extra time spent at this place and enjoy my life outside of work.

And That is why I would never take a salary job I lose enough money if I work anything over 10 extra hours anyways so I just work an extra 5 each week. A little more in the pocket but not going to get reamed on taxes.
