This one sounds lame but a life changer for me. CUSTOM ORTHODICS made from molds from me feet. I always noticed on my shoes that the insides of my heels would wear thru the fabric after a short time. Funny thing is my feet never hurt. I always felt pain in my knees and call it the front of my hips by groin. After some adjustment to them, I am walking on air. Pain all over just dissapeared.
