B&S ONE 7.10.7 - Brackets

We have a April 2004 B&S ONE 7.10.7 that we are going to move within in the next several months. Does anyone have that machine's brackets we can borrow?

  • How far are you moving it? If it is a move in the same building and the floor is fairly smooth you don't need brackets, you do need to rotate the head to 90° and drop it onto something soft like a thick pile of shop towels or firm foam padding. I've moved my fair share from one side of a plant to the other this way and you do need to take your time and use a pallet jack instead of a forklift.

Thanks for the information. Steve from the other side said to do the same thing with the head and use masking tape to hold down the axis due to it being mechanical.
