Calibration. Different results

I greet you all, colleagues.
I have a small problem that tends to come and go when calibrating angles. I work with many styli and use a 9-slot magazine for this. Each stylus has about 10 different angle positions. When I did the calibration, two angles on different probes were out of tolerance. One probe has a CM25-2 probe and the other CM25-3. And at the same time, PSDMIS accepts the calibration result without asking the operator. The next day I did a similar calibration and the result was OK.And always out-of-tolerance angles equal to A90 or more than A90 It is very strange . I have been working in this mode for 3 years and there were no such problems. And this year it started. I check the probes visually and do the cleaning before each calibration the same way always. What could be the problem ?

  • Please note:
Before we did all of the above, we went to Europe and saved for the second time in world history a country named France. Were it not for us & our weapons you'd be speaking German & pealing potatoes right now instead of being a CMM programmer. Yes you bailed us out of our Revolutionary War...but we've paid you back for that.

    Hi Dan,
On this point, you forget "Josef"...
Without USA, I would talk russian, and maybe I would be CMM programmer with Sergiy... Wink

Not matter what type of day it is..its always a "nice day" over here because we're Americans and this country is the best country that has ever existed Slight smile

Are you sure of it ?
Do you know Switzerland, Andorra, Sweden... France?

Whatever the country where you live, whatever the politicians who gouvern, if you're fine in all the sides of your life, this country is the best !

Stalin was a P.O.S. too...we just needed to work with him during that time because he was the lesser of two evils. We're currently dealing with that beast now. Like literally as we speak.

Yes, I am sure of it. The United States of America is the best country that has ever existed.
We have been around for approx 250 years and we have far eclipsed (as well as lead) all other countries that have existed for thousands of years.

Europeans always have something to say about how we're fat and lazy and arrogant but guess what? The next time some dictator takes over a country that is next door to you (guess what homie Ukraine is only a couple of doors over) who are you gonna call? You're gonna call us. Don't forget that. Slight smile

  • Context is important Jeffery!

    Japan:
The US was dragged into WW2 after we were attacked by Japan. We dropped atomic bombs to stop the Japanese from invading the US mainland. It was the right call. Saved approx 2million lives.

    European bombing:
We had no choice other than to bomb the naz!s to h3ll. What do you do to a cockroach infestation? You k!ll every last one of them. If you leave one living it will continue to spread.

    Russia:
Putin attacked Ukraine because he is a fkn weirdo with no shirt that is self deluded enough to believe he has a right to do what he's doing. He must be stopped. He has erased 15 years worth of GDP from Russia's bottom line & is killing thousands of people while lying to his people. I am not in the military. I support the military by making their products as well as not helping their enemies and right now that is unfortunately our colleague Sergiy.

    Jeff personally:
I know your help is coming from a place of care, Jeff. Please don't take anything I said in an offensive manner. All things said, "it is what it is".

Sorry but, the decision to drop the bombs had little to do with fear of U.S. mainland invasion. We all but destroyer the Imperial Navy and Air Force. The decision was because the siege and assault on mainland Japan was considered too costly on both sides. Much like on the islands, the Japanese would fight to the last person. The 2 million lives were the lives saved by using the bombs vs a full assault. I believe Truman talked about it in his Autobiography.

Putin's goal is a diluted dream to return Russia to the "Glory Days" of the 50's and 60's U.S.S.R. He has been trying to do it through diplomacy for a few decades but now he is using brute force. That is why some believe he has some terminal illness. That is the truly scary part. He is a mad man who wants to finish his dream before he dies. He is almost exactly like his idol Stalin.

Without the U.S. involvement, France would most likely be speaking German. England would have fallen and North Africa would have stayed in German control. That would have allowed 100% of Germany's resources to engage Russia. Stalingrad would have gone in favor of the Germans because a 2nd front would have taken Moscow instead of diverting to Stalingrad. Japan would have most likely taken mainland China. It's all based of projections but, statistically that would be the most likely outcome without an U.S. involvement. Remember, we supplied Russia and China with munitions and equipment.

Sorry but it just so happens that we are judging you for Pres. Rutherford B. Hayes's actions. Nothing personal, we just figured that someone needed to be judged and you pulled the short straw. SmileySmileySmiley
  • I blame Charlie Brown for President Carter..I mean Biden

  • I never said America was perfect. What I did say is that Russia is currently a communist nation... and... that America is the best country on Earth.

I am not ashamed of my country or the things that it has done/will do to weaker nations. Scorpion will always eat the frog. It has provided me with the American way of life, the highest quality of life to have existed on Earth thus far.

I just find it funny that someone from Germany would be bringing up past war crimes/atrocities of other countries. That's right up there with someone from China criticizing food shortages in other countries. Just counting the last 200 years, I believe China, Russia, Germany, Spain, and France all beat the U.S. in body counts.
