I'm having a problem determining the angle of some holes. It appears easy, but I'm missing something. I believe the Basic 1.140 is throwing me off. I have attached a picture and would like to see if anyone can figure the angle of the holes located at Basic 45.5° and Basic 22.75°. I will add more info if needed.
Thanks for any feedback.

Thank you Jefman & vpt.se, yes I did leave a 60° off the drawing, which has 6 sets of holes 60° apart. I'm really hesitant about showing too much, even if it is drawn.
I have figured out the alignment, I needed to rotate my Y axis 120° and then origin my Y axis 1.140 inches about the Z axis.
Thank you both very much.!!!
I do have another question,
A feature control frame for position is asking MMC to DATUM -B- which is a BASIC Circle. How can you apply MMC to a Basic number. ?
